He has personally generated over $20 million in revenue. Driven by that success, Rick established M Cubed to prioritize the customer service this industry desperately needs.

Rick is a father of three and happily married to his wife Lindsey. He coaches youth baseball and occasionally takes on golf.

Joe Bayer is the COO at M Cubed Transportation with nearly 7 years of experience assisting clients with logistics challenges. Specializing in carrier relationships and transparent client communication, Joe expedites the booking process while streamlining service updates for your most critical shipments.

Joe believes results are driven through understanding the customer and working directly with them to find the most efficient solution. His focus is to understand each customer's journey and guide them to execute on their end goals.

Brandon Conyers serves as VP of Operations at M Cubed Transportation. With an impressive background spanning several years in logistics, Brandon specializes in optimizing supply chain operations and navigating the intricacies of the freight industry.

Kim VanAlstine is an Account Executive at M Cubed Transportation with nearly a decade of experience in freight brokerage and logistics sales. She specializes in full truckload and drayage with deep expertise in fresh produce and food-grade freight across the Eastern and Central U.S.

Kim's approach is straightforward: understand the shipper's needs, match them with the right capacity, and follow through every time. Her focus is building long-term relationships built on reliability — not just one-time transactions.

A Michigan native who put down roots in West Michigan, Kim and her family are active in their local community — and when she's not working, you'll find her outside, especially at the lake come summer.
